Also note, that some effects that affect slaves also affect the main character. Things like foraging efficiency don't apply for obvious reasons, but things like speed in combat DO. (The ones I can confirm are wolf, cat, seraph and centaur.)
* Actual effect is that it multiplies opposing accuracy by 0.9. So cats avoid 10% of what would be a hit for all hits with accuracy within 100. (and don't actually get any advantage against accuracy of 111.(1) or more)
It's probably worth noting that the additive 10%-16% evasion granted by seraph's +4 speed is almost always more than what you get from the cat's bonus. And then there's the fact that seraphs get a bonus to both hit AND accuracy from their added speed, while cat's bonus is only defensive.
** The calculation of mana gain involves greatly diminishing returns (as a result of which mana gain completely halts at around 150 mana) which make drow's mana bonus practically insignificant.
*** Cook reduces food consumption per person from the base of 10, to no less than 3. You get 1 point of reduction per 2 agi and 1 per 40 wit. Chef being a scylla grants an additional 1 point reduction. Note however that scylla's agi potential is only 4, as such a fully trained cook of any race with agility potential of 6 can, cook just as well as a fully trained scylla.
